After each successful purchase, we calculate the total amount of your orders.

Depending on the amount you accumulate, we give you a fixed discount of 5%, 10% or 15% off regular prices. The discount cannot be combined with other promotions, and may not apply to some excluded products.

1. Is the discount within KOSA Club Silver, Gold and Platinum available forever?
Yes. The discount within KOSA Club Silver, Gold and Platinum is permanent and assigned to your level.
This means that after obtaining the status, your personal discount is valid forever and can be applied to each order - without any time limits. Except for the restrictions specified in the How it works section.
2. Can KOSA Club Silver, Gold, Platinum levels change during the program?
Yes. KOSA Club Silver, Gold and Platinum levels change automatically depending on the amount of your accumulated purchases.
As soon as you reach a certain amount of orders, your level increases, and the amount of your personal discount increases with it:
Silver - with the accumulation of 3,000 UAH, a permanent discount of -7%
Gold - with the accumulation of 5 000 UAH, a permanent discount -10%
Platinum - with the accumulation of 10,000 UAH, a permanent discount of -15%
The more actively you shop, the higher your KOSA Club status becomes and the more favorable the conditions for you.
3. How often will the value of my purchases displayed in the progress bar be updated when I go to the Answer Club section of my account?
Updates are made on a weekly basis.
